Delivery & Returns

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

We have FREE standard delivery for orders over A$60 (within Australia). This is automatically applied at check out.

For orders under A$60 we have a flat rate of $6 (within Australia).

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

You can find estimated delivery times in the Delivery Policy.

DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?

Yes! We do ship internationally to most countries. To find out more about shipping to your area specifically please read the Delivery Policy. If you can't find your country on our list get in touch and we can organise a custom delivery quote for you.

I CAN’T FIND MY TRACKING NUMBER, HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Orders take 2-5 days to dispatch so you won’t receive a tracking number right away. It will be sent to your email as soon as your order is dispatched. Please check your junk email folder in case it ends up there by mistake. If you still can’t find your tracking details please send us a message with your order number so we can help.

How is my order going to be sent? Do I need to sign for it?

Most orders are sent in a tracked Aus Post envelope (green for standard or yellow for express). It is usually left in the mailbox if no one is home to accept the delivery. In some cases it may be taken to your local post office to pick up. You should not need to sign for these.

Apparel and phone cases are sent via parcel and are packaged as eco friendly as possible. You should not need to sign for these and usually it will be left in a safe place if no one is there to accept the delivery. In some cases it may be taken to your local post office and you will need pick up.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

Unfortunately we do not accept returns or exchanges if you change your mind or choose the wrong size. Please choose carefully to avoid disappointment. In the case of faulty or incorrect items a return/refund may be accepted. For more information visit our Returns Policy.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Yes, you cancel your order up until it has been dispatched. Unfortunately after it has been sent out we can’t cancel or edit the order. Thank you for understanding. To cancel please send us a message via the contact form.

How is my order going to be packaged?

Sun catchers, prints, stickers and cards are packaged in eco friendly cellophane bags. They are biodegradable and do not leave micro plastics behind when they break down. Read more about our eco friendly packaging here.

Everything in your order is then wrapped in tissue paper and sealed with washi tape. It's sent in a paper envelope (with tracking). All paper waste can then be recycled.

Exceptions: Apparel and Phone Cases

These items are sent separately, directly from our manufacturing partners.

Apparel is sent in an eco friendly, biodegradable mailer bag or a cardboard box for larger orders.

Phone cases are sent in a protective drawstring sleeve and a rigid cardboard box.

Sometimes it’s hard to catch the sun! Please visit our sun catcher help page for tips and tricks on how to get the best rainbows.

CAN YOU CREATE CUSTOM SUN CATCHERS?

Unfortunately we have closed orders for single custom sun catchers. We can only accept bulk custom sun catcher orders of 100pcs or above.

To get started please send us a message describing your ideal custom sun catcher and include a timeframe, quantity and budget. We'll get back to you with a quote and more info.

Wholesale & Bulk Buy

DO YOU OFFER WHOLESALE?

DO YOU DO BULK DISCOUNTS?

We're happy to negotiate a one off bulk order discount for select products for the general public. Please send us a message and we can work something out.

IS THERE ENOUGH STOCK FOR A BULK ORDER?

If you're looking for a large quantity for any specific product please get in touch. We can double check out stock levels for you. In the case there isn't enough, we can organise and order stock in for you.

Gift Cards

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes! You can purchase a gift card here. You can choose from $25, $50, $75 or $100 amounts.

When do your gift cards expire?

Never! Gift cards do not have an expiry date. They are valid on all products and can be redeemed at check out by entering the unqiue gift card code (sent to the recipient via email).

Why isn't my gift card working?

If you're having issues redeeming your gift card we're here to help! Please send us a message via the contact form describing the issue and we'll be in touch asap to help.
