🛍 How to Order – Wholesale Info

Yay! You’re in! Now that you’re part of The Bubbly Type wholesale fam, here’s everything you need to know to place your first (and next!) order with ease. 💕


✨ Logging In

To see wholesale pricing and place orders:

  • Head to our website and log in using the account you created when you were approved.
  • To find the login page look for the little person icon at the top right of our site (next to the cart and search) on desktop. Or on mobile you can find the login button under the 3 lines (top left) at the bottom of the menu.
  • If you don't know your account details you may still need to set them up. Go back to your approval email and press "Activate Your Account" to set your password.
  • Can’t remember your password? Just hit “Forgot password” on the login page to reset it. We don’t keep passwords on file (for your security!).

🔐 You must be logged in to see wholesale pricing.

🛑 If a product shows no discounted price, it means it's not currently available for wholesale.


🛒 Placing an Order

  • Shop like any other website – browse and add any items you like to your cart. 
  • No MOQ per product – you can grab 1 of each design or 10! Totally up to you.
  • Minimum order value is $250 AUD (before shipping).
  • If your order checks out under $250, we’ll get in touch to help top it up—or cancel and refund it if needed.

⏳ Lead Times

We hand pack and prep your order with love, so here’s what to expect:

  • Standard lead time: up to 4 weeks before dispatch
  • During peak seasons or if we’re restocking just for you, it may take up to 6 weeks

Note: The lead time does not include the time it takes for delivery once we have dispatched your order. Please see below shipping section for estimates.

🚀 In a rush? No worries! You can:

  • Email us to upgrade to express shipping
  • Reach out for a more accurate lead time estimate for your order

🚚 Shipping Information

We calculate shipping costs after your order has been picked and packed. This way, you're only charged based on the actual size, weight, and delivery location of your order.

📦 Delivery within Australia:

  • At checkout, select the FREE shipping option.
  • Once your order has been packed, we’ll email you an updated invoice with the final shipping cost.
  • You can then complete your payment with your preferred method.

🌍 International Delivery (outside Australia):

  • At checkout, select the standard shipping method (this is just a placeholder).
  • Then choose bank transfer as your payment method (even if that’s not your preferred method).
  • Don’t pay right away – wait for us to send your updated invoice with the correct shipping cost included.
  • Once you receive it, you can pay using any payment method you prefer.

📌 Please note: It may take a couple of weeks to receive your updated invoice as we need to pick and pack your order first.

💳 Important:

All shipping costs must be paid before we dispatch your order, unless otherwise arranged.


📮 Delivery Estimates (once dispatched):

  • Australia (metro areas): approx. 3–7 business days
  • New Zealand (metro areas): approx. 5–8 business days

Please allow extra time for packing (see lead times above) and any unexpected shipping delays.


💰 Pricing and Invoices

All your wholesale prices are automatically discounted and visible only when you're logged in.

🔍 If an item doesn’t show a discount, it’s not currently available for wholesale.

Payment is processed via our website, simply fill your cart and click check out. 

💳 Accepted payment methods include:

  • Credit/Debit Card: Visa, Mastercard, American Express
  • Payment partners: GPay, Apple Pay, PayPal, Shop Pay
  • Bank transfer: Details will be emailed to you after checkout. If choosing this method your order will not be sent out until payment comes through (unless otherwise agreed). 

📄 You'll be sent an itemised tax invoice via email when your order is dispatched (not when you check out) and we'll also include a printed copy in your order. 


💳 Payment Terms

We don’t offer payment plans or 30-day accounts to new stockists—but once you've placed three successful wholesale orders, you're eligible to apply!
